You can with 3rd party software. Just fyi, the use of macros is explicitly against Bungie ToS. They don’t often ban people for them but ever since final shape, they’ve been cracking down more on macros along with the use of xims/chronus (perm bans with no appeal).
They still can’t fix their cheating problems though in PvP
