Wooting is bugging out.

I use the Wooting 60he and it said I can update my keyboard on wootility so I clicked update. I updated it, and it just started opening, typing, and my screen freezing. The weird thing is, when I put the keyboard in actuation mode, it works fine, but when I want it in my normal profile it starts tweaking.

Try different USB port and use included cable

im sorry I know it has been a while since you sent this but I tried using the included cable, and tried plugging it into a different usb port. None of that worked, and I am very frustrated because of how expensive the keyboard is and yet it does this. I cant return it since I got it over a year ago, and it only started doing this problem recently. Idk what to do because it was a good keyboard but I cant even use it anymore.

Alright, can you switch to your 'actuation mode' profile then update the firmware to the latest version? Some profiles got broken with the previous firmware update and the latest version should resolve the issue.

Also, you have a 4-year warranty. If the keyboard has issues and there's nothing you can do to fix them, Wooting will replace it.
