the amount of extra time, effort and money it will cause its not very beneficial to do so.
I'm in the same boat, let's see if it works
Not to sound mean but for a 240 e keyboard i think they still make money even with 2 packages
its not about if money=loss, its just the entire process which includes extra fees that need to be calculated and distributed etc
so you think it's better to cancel the wrist rest ? i don't really need it but it's still gonna delay the keyboard shipment if they take ages to respond
You can only cancel the whole order, there is no canceling certain items. That's something only support could do, which you're trying to avoid.
I'm not trying to avoid they just take ages to respond
