Oh, now I understand how to read it:
F2 and F3 are constantly pressed according to the graph, but the keys are not pressed. F2 is below and F3 is above the input threshold hence F3 is not registering keystrokes but F2 does. How to fix it? Warranty?
No modification whatsoever, just using this out of the box. Do not know whether this happened earlier or not, I was playing FPS games, now switched to Europa Universalis and just found out that F3 key does not work.
Lol. I just reconnected wire to the keyboard and it works. 10mins ago or so I put a review (received an email from you folks). Please feel free to remove it as it is no longer applicable. You deserve 5 stars instead.
any chance do you have a magnet near the F2/F3 area?
No, I moved the keyboard around and stuff as I checked the previous tickets similar to mine (hence why I found the website to track the button press)
I just had to reconnect and it works. Still seems weird why it happened
yea.. looks like a calibration issue
for instances if the key was detected as pressed on start up it would record "X" value then when this changes the switch is detected as pressed
why i thought it may of been a magnet near the area
Yeah, seems plausible. Well. It could have been a magnet - like I might have put my airpods case next to the keyboard, this is the only thing as I could think of as usually i follow #cleandeskpolicy
However, I've had this issue for a couple of days already. But this seems plausible anyway. Apart of that I cannot think of anything else.
if the issue starts to come back feel free to send a ticket (keyboard has a 4 year warranty )
But yeah, next time I will get back to the first commandment of troubleshooting ( #1 did you try to restart the thingy?).
