#Can Wootility change modified keys?

I can't seem to find a way to change modified keys (like Shift-keystroke, in particular) in Wootility. For example, if I have an English ANSI layout keyboard but wanted to change just the shifted number keys to match the Latin American keyboard (so Shift-2 would be " instead of @, for example, or Shift-6 & instead of ^), I can't find a way to do that in Wootility. I know there are other tools I could use to do that, but it'd be nice to manage changes like that from a single tool with different profiles, rather than having to set profiles in Wootility and then a secondary tool to get the Shift-keypress adjustments done.
