#Keyboard Connections being lost

Hi.

I booted my PC this morning and out of a whim I ran Wootility. It told me that there was a minor update (5.1 to 5.12?), Which I proceeded to install. As far as I know there was no firmware update involved. The software itself seemed to be happy after the install but the keyboard itself stopped responding & Wootility could no longer detect it. So I will be rebooted the PC (W11) and there was still no response from the keyboard. During the boot process, the keyboard lights flashed once before going dark again.

I am not sure what is happening here … how do I reset my keyboard/W11? Most advice that I have seen so far use Wootility … but that is a tough ask if W11 does not recognise the keyboard in the first place … i cannot even log on to run Wootility.

I have two Wooting keyboards and the same is happening which ever keyboard I plug into whichever USB port. I have never had any problems until this morning’s update … but that may just be a coincidence.
