Impossible to say with certainty. A reseller would be paying those duties on their end and pass the cost to you.
You could look at what current products go for at Korean resellers and see how much more it is compared to our site for an idea.
GEON is our official reseller in Korea and he usually lists items at Wooting price without adding duties, but keep in mind he doesn't get stock as early as the official Wooting site.
It could be quite a bit later before you see 60he v2 appear on the GEON naver store.
Thank you for your response. I'm worried that overseas a/s will be very cumbersome when purchasing from the official site. I'm also worried about the additional shipping costs that will be incurred in this process.
What do you think about my concerns? If this is resolved, it doesn't matter about tariffs.
Our checkout can only tell you shipping costs and delivery estimates - not any potential import duties.
I believe we ship via delivery duty paid method normally to South Korea, so there shouldn’t be extra charges beyond that IF you have that option at checkout
Thanks for the info!
But I was actually asking about the A/S process, not the initial purchase.
How is overseas repair or return handled, and who covers the shipping cost?
In other words, what I really want to know is — if the keyboard needs repair due to an issue that isn’t my fault, would I have to pay any cost at all?
If you reach out for support within the warranty period, and a replacement part has to be sent to you, or we need something shipped back, we'll cover the shipping.
We can't prevent or cover import duties though.
