Hey there. I sent a request on my new account to request a discount code for the wrist rest that fits the wooting two he since I was ordered a wooting two as a gift. It says you can contact support via email to request a discount if it's within 30 days of your keyboard order. I sent one, I got an automated email stating to make a ticket on the website and that after I made the ticket I would get an email stating my ticket was received.
I made a ticket on the website and never got an email stating my ticket was received, nor a discount code (or however they do it). It's been several hours, how long does it normally take for the automated system to confirm receipt of ticket (not ticket being answered).
