Key specific brightness

Is there a way to set a key specific brightness? Especially lighting up the currently active profiles key on a generally more dim setup? Setting the other profile keys to black only is not a big enough difference to really see with one look which profile is selected.

Something like the num/caps/scrl lock functionality.
