This is starting to get a bit frustrating, frankly. Why isn't there a refund? The order I just canceled will be moved to cancellation status, and I'll have to wait for the money to be deposited. Why isn't anyone doing anything? Did I make a mistake trusting Wooting?

According to Dutch or international trade laws, you must make the refund within 14 days of the order cancellation notification.
If the company's decision to suspend the process is going to disrupt it, why should it concern the customers? I've been waiting for a week for the cancellation process to be initiated.
