Tachyon mode spamming a random key

When enabling Tachyon mode the keyboard spams a random key

Plug the keyboard into a different port on the back of your PC using the included USB-C cable.

Already done pretty much tried every port still the same result

Tried to reset the keyboard too via the wootility page still the same result

When unplugging and replugging the keyboard with tachyon mode enabled it won't spam a key for awhile then it will spam a random key

unsure if the board itself is faulty

Can you try a different USB-C cable? If you have one.
Also decrease the RGB brightness and see if that helps.
