As the title, if I change the switch when kb connects pc and working, after installing new switch the wootility will shows that this button is triggered as 1.66/1.67mm, if your setting is below this this key will keep triggering until you replug the kb. I didn’t see this problem in 60HE so I guess it is a firmware issue. Not a serious problem but I hope it will be fixed for convenience!
(Edit: I've been replacing them with genuine Wooting Lekker switches, sometimes even unplugging and reinserting the same switch, so it shouldn't be related to the switch type.)

Why are you changing switches while the keyboard is on? It calibrates when you plug it in and you're probably throwing off the calibration
Because I want to see immediate results, and since I've always done this on the 60HE without any issues, the fact that this problem is occurring on the 80HE is quite puzzling to me.
Probably got lucky with the 60he. Your keyboard is unable to calibrate properly if you change switches without replugging it
