Do you hear the USB disconnect/reconnect sound when you unplug and replug the keyboard?
No sound, also no lights coming up
Do the Usb c connection usually break in the Keyboards?
Maybe the cable that connects the case with the module disconnected ?
The one we’re you connect when you build the module and case
I bought my wooting prebuilt
Maybe it still disconnected
If you can try to see
Should I try it, before sending back to Wooting?
Ye if you can watch the vid about how to build the 80he and reverse what he does
if still not working then yeah send it back
or does this relinquish my warranty?
Uh idk really ask shafie
but I don’t think so Bec ppl get the module and cases from them and build on their own
Like the optimum or the aluminize
but still ask someone from wooting
It does not
You need to check the JST cable, it’s most likely not plugged in properly.
- Unscrew all the screws on the bottom of the case
- Remove the top case
- Lift the module
- Push the JST cable into the PCB connector
- Reassemble the keyboard
I think something weird is going on, some green stuff is there
Looks like liquid damage.
