Try to restore the keyboard:

Wootility > Help > Troubleshoot > 80HE and follow on-screen instructions. Make sure to save your profiles before restoring.

Something's wrong with your profile then.

Go in Remap, click "Default" and then "Save to Keyboard" on the top right.
