USB-C Port

I got a Wooting Two HE. My USV-C Port broke today and now I want to know if I Can replace it on my own or if It’s Not possible.

If you're asking that question, it's probably a no. While someone experienced in soldering could probably pull it off, it is something you just do yourself from scratch.

If the board's less than two years old, reach out to support for warranty assistance.

would like to remove the usb-c port and solder a new one to it.
Unfortunately, my KB is from June 2023.

Well like I said, if you're experienced with soldering, it's perfectly doable. But if you're not, I'd definitely recommend looking for a local repair shop and get an estimate.

Wooting 2HE uses a daughterboard for the USB that can be easily replaced with only a screwdriver. Contact support to get a replacement, since you're out of warranty it'll just cost part cost (a few euros) + shipping

Oh gods you're right. I need one of those exploded view posters of each keyboard, so I can keep track of all those parts 😄
