So yeah just as the title says, literally just got the keyboard 5 minutes ago and when browsing through the wooting.io website saw that they have their software to change keyboards actuation, rgb, etc. online and I wanted to customize mine, prompted to firmware update and then at step 5 maybe got this error when flashing the firmware, is it bricked or what is going on??

The CRC issue leads me to believe that some kind of USB interacting software is interfering with the flashing process - typically this is RGB apps of some kind, like OpenRGB, SignalRGB or motherboard suites like Armory.

Its really weird as I can't do anything from my pc, I couldn't even change my RGB colors, I had to change them from my macbook where it works perfect, now something even weirder happened as I was just watching some YT I couldn't scroll with my mouse and my left SHIFT would not capitalize my letters, unplugging the keyboard solved it for now but I had to do it two times

If it shows 0.11-0.17mm actuation, that is not normal, no. Try swapping the switch.
