Yes. I don't see the option for polling rate there
What version of Wootility?
Also, is the 80HE selected here? In case you have other Wooting keyboards
what keyboard is selected
that would explain why its not there
ok so in two HE i can't change the pulling rate? wasn't sure what model i had lol xD
only the 80he has usb2 capabilities so its the only board that can do 1khz and more
all other devices we released so far are 1khz max due to usb1.1
and they can go below 1k?
as there is no point to that no
ok thanks. I know there is no point i was just trying to check something but nvm 🙂
well what did you wanna check
I wanted to lock my keyboard to low pulling rate in order for certain inputs with some delay between them to be
at the same "tick"
have you tried dks?
not exactly what i am looking for. because each key could be pressed seperatly. but when both are pressed with some few ms difference i want the input to be considered as if they where pressed at the same time.
so thought maybe lower the polling rate to something low
actually there is technically a way to "lower the polling rate". it does a lot more than just change the polling rate so it might not necessarily work out the way one would hope. You can disable NKRO in the keyboard settings. this lowers the polling rate to 125hz by virtue of switching how the keyboard presents itself to the pc and also how the pc interacts with the keyboard. you get reduced to 6kro (so you can run into a lot of key ghosting).
it basically downgrades the keyboard to similar specs as really really cheap office keyboards from 2006
hmmm. maybe that will do it
also dks should be capable of sending 4 keys in 1 poll
mainly depends on how you setup the dks and then how fast you can actually press and pass all 4 points
this should for example make all actions close enough that if you can press and release fast enough they should all just trigger in 1 poll
actually... you said they just need to press at the same time.... iirc that should always be the case if you just put them all to the same bar
huh
yeah seems ot work as expected and windows receives all keys in 1 poll basically
yes but in case you want to press each one separately, with DKS you have to press them all
