I wanted to play Undertale/Deltarune with my wooting but I realized that I didn't have arrow keys, went to go rebind and realized It had an update. Go to update keyboard, put it into restore mode, and now its timing out while trying to flash firmware to the device. Im not really hardware tech savvy so I have no idea what to do, would appriciate any help,

Is it connected directly to the computer and not via a hub or KVM? Tried another port? Original cable? If you have any other RGB software running which could interfere, close those
