Are you sure your pcb is places the correct way? Ur not supposed to have 2 switches there, and it’s supposed to be one switch and stabs

This is an ISO keyboard, and it is indeed supposed to have two keys there.

Your keycap set has two trays. I suggest you look more closely for a smaller shift and a <>\ keycap.
