80HE cable issue after installing update

Hello!

I recently installed a firmware update using Wootility for my Wooting keyboard. After the update, the keyboard stopped working and became unresponsive. A red light appears between the E and R keys, and when I hold the two top-right and bottom-right keys while plugging it in to reset my keyboard, a blue light turns on but the keyboard still does not function.

Interestingly, I was able to regain functionality by switching to a different USB cable, which temporarily allowed the keyboard to be recognized and usable.

Could you please advise on the next steps to properly restore the keyboard and ensure it's fully operational?
