#Minimizing stem rattle and sound of keycaps slamming into switches

Hi, as the title suggests, even L60 type of switches is too loud (of course not for me, for my parents). The problem is that it's really silent if i press and release slowly, but still loud if i press at around ~180bpm and higher (and it's the sound of clicking, not sound of too much lube (i guess they're overlubed because one of them is heavier than the rest and yk, they're heavier than any 60g switches i ever had). The sound is awesome, but the stem rattle specific to hall effect switches and keycaps pressing against switches makes it so I can't play at night (and sometimes in day too). It has been an issue for me since forever, so hopefully we could resolve this once and for all (while still maintaining fast reaction time). I don't own any keyboard modding equipment other than a switch/keycap puller, and a small brush (unrelated to kb modding). I thought about some kind of foam between switches (if you take all keycaps off there's a lot of space), and maybe foam under the keycaps/around stem).

Looks like so, I didn't go through every channel and just noticed Community support. Is there a way to move it?
