Keyboard keeps disconnecting and the alt key keeps rapid pressing randomly

my keyboard keeps disconnecting every 10-15 mins, and the alt key randomly keeps pressing on its own, idk what causing the issue

Yep no changes to it honestly @neon moat , although for now ive unbounded the alt key so i can use the keyboard normally and the reconnecting issue fixed itself after i changed the cables (the random phantom presses of the alt key still happen).
