When I click the checkout it says prices for these items have changed and then when i go to buy it it says prices have changed again and puts it back up?

Sounds like you're in the UK. Keep going and it'll show a final price on the page where you enter your address and pay. This is due to post-brexit calculation of import duties, which Shopify, our store frontend still haven't quite nailed down.
