Support is through wizard/email only. So you will have to wait for any answer there. It's also easter, which could delay things
Thank you for your reply. I find it strange that you can only contact them via their website and that there's no e-mail, which means that you can't get any acknowledgement of receipt and they choose their deadline.
I am pretty sure you should be getting an automatic email after you sent in your ticket through the wizard
I have been waiting since 24/3 still no answer
If it's been a month you should probably contact them again, it's not normal for it to take that long
