cant press f keys. I tried everything, when im pressing it or also the bottom right key and a number, nothing happens. So for example there is no possibility to ALT F4, dont know whats wrong

What does your Main Layer and Fn Layer 1 look like (go to Keyboard -> Remap). Would you be able to share a screenshot of those?

Alright, so your Fn key is bound to the bottom right key. In #💬│general you shared that your Fn key is currently physically on the second-last key on the bottom row, right?

If so, that's probably your problem. The key is in the wrong place 😅 But you can rebind it if you want to!

If you hold FN and tap 4, you'll get F4.

If this doesn't work, I don't know what you're doing wrong. I'd recommend factory resetting the keyboard and see if it helps.

Help -> Troubleshoot -> Select your keyboard version here

(make sure you follow the exact directions, and hold the top-right and bottom-right keys regardless of the labels on them while replugging your keyboard)

So ignore the fact that your bottom right key might not be the Fn key. Just hold top right and bottom right.

Note that after resetting your Fn key will be set to the bottom right again.

If you really want to you can change it later, but I think bottom right for Fn is recommended because you can make the other keys next to those arrow keys in the Fn Layer 1 🙂
