'Three' key unresponsive

Hi! Last night I received my Wooting Two He but after about an hour of using it, the keyboard kept spamming the number 'three' without me touching the keyboard. After trying to press some other keys it was still going so I unplugged the keyboard and plugged it back in. Ever since that the number three key does not work anymore. In fact, it doesn't even show the actuation point movement in the Wootility software.

I've tried:

• Rebooting PC
• Unplugging the keyboard and using different USB ports
• Resetting settings through the Wootility software
• Factory reset through the Wootility software
• I've swapped the switch out twice with the additional switches
• Uninstalled Razer Synapse
• I've let the keyboard sleep on it and think about its decisions
• Uninstalled Wootility and tried it without the software
• Re-installed Wootility, reboot PC and tried it again

dont you have spare switches that came with the keyboard if yes try to exchange it
