Dynamic mics like the sm7b don’t pick up a bunch of background noise like condenser mics do. But I’m currently using Lekker 60s with zinc case and sm57 (same capsule design of a sm7b) and it’s not audible at all unless I bring the gain way higher (usually use 57dB) and turn off my vst plugins for raw audio.
Even with the loudest keyboard in the world, with the right audio settings, you can eliminate any noise being picked up by the mic.
Okay thanks, Lekker 60s quietest option?
Nah but they’re the cheapest when buying the keyboard since they come stock with prebuilt board. They’re pretty well middle of the run between clacky and thocky, offering a decent, balanced sound signature.
okay thanks
what's the differences here other then colour?
Spring weight. L45 is 45g and L60 is 60g
so faster switch would be the l45 basically?
I mean I guess you could say that since the l45 takes less effort to press. But it’s not faster in the sense of something like actuation distance or responsiveness.
