In a second profile above, I've changed the keys 1-0 to the numpad keys, so num1-num0, but they're registered as the end, no matter where I put them. Please help.

no as in you mapped numlock to the keyboard and pressed it

numblock keys have 2 functions depending on if windows has numlock active

can do i Have to bind it or is there a other way without this because it worked until now fine without numlock

id bind it, press it and check if it works

if it does then your pc boots with numlock disabled

why would it changed? idk but windows works in weird ways
