Rocket league W & S keys | LT/RT and Tilt forward/down on same key

Sorry if this exists already, can't quite find it. Could be using wrong keywords.

In the new wootility v5 can I bind RT and joystick up on the same button so you can use W key for both.
So in the air you need to be able to tilt forward using w and on the ground you need it to drive forward.

You could bind both keys in the previous version as seen here:
