@valid bramble
can you try out this tool to see what the keyboard detects when you press the keys
as it look like a mux issue but best to check incase this is casued by software/firmware
https://analog-monitor.wootility.io/
Yeah I’ve tried it but it only affects me really on startup so I have no time to use the monitor thing
"only" on start up is pretty odd sounds like a system issue not processing the inputs correctly
Can you attempt to lower the polling to "1000" and see if this relates to "USB Hi speed"
Wootility > settings > keyboard settings > polling
And restart?
Yo why it look like that 😭
That’s after I changed it
may want to reconnect the keyboiard and maybe prefrom a Computer "Restart"
do you have other issues as of late that don;t seem related to the keybaord as it may be a OS issue
Ok I had my pc tweaked that may be causing the issue I’ll follow it up thank you for the help
also i noticed that the usb connection into the keyboard is quite loose
its plugged in as far as it can go
the Daughter board has a bit of give to move around a bit
this can help avoid stress on the port
so what you are moving is the daughter board than the port
can you check the analog monitor to see what the keyboard detects
you can also try the RGB effeect "RT-Display" to see when the key is detected pressed/released
its working again but ill keep them open incase it happens again'
@ornate yoke are you able to return and refund the wooting if you feel like its acting slow or faulty?
