#Wooting software problem

So probably about 30-40 minutes ago I go to wootility to change my profile, where I get prompted saying there’s a new version of it so I click on it and it says it’s going to transfer all my stuff to the new one I just have to reinitialize to make sure it finds my keyboard. To my surprise it doesn’t show up I’ve tried unplugging it, changing ports even plugging it into my other computer but now it won’t even turn on nor will any of the buttons work… can someone help me please

Make sure you’re on wootility v5.0.2 and follow instructions in pic if you’re having issues with keyboard not connecting.
