Other day I had something similar happen and went into pc device settings, remove device, unplugged and replugged and it fixed it. Not sure if it was a coincidence, issue with windows…because windows, or some kind of cache thing. Maybe see if that works?

Having the exact same issue on my Optimum wooting, trying a bunch of things now but can't seem to fix it either

I have been having this same exact issue with my 60HE+ and it's become frustrating, I wont sugar coat it. I've had my board for maybe 6 months. I noticed that I was getting this issue from your video ONLY within the software when I tried to change the RGB of the keys - I thought it was just a visual glitch due to being on the Beta software.

This unfortunately has turned into some ghost key inputs that I now notice during gameplay randomly and just a few moments ago my keyboard opened about 20 random applications and logged me out of my user (COFFEE ) which prompted me to search the forum for people with the same experience.

I disabled the beta updates, reset the keyboard to factory and removed any extra profiles I've made or installed to the keyboard and currently have the most god awful bright RGB keyboard but so far no additional typing or seemingly ghosting issues within the app or from the board. Not sure if customizing settings is the root of the issue? But leaving the keyboard kinda stock has seemed to provide a little help.

I'm going to follow your post in hopes that there's a fix. I do love this keyboard so I hope this ends up being an easy software or firmware fix. Have you had any luck since your post?

same problem but in my case the button is "w" and the same as yours, they offered a refund or replacement, I chose replacement
