Then it's too late to change anything. You'll need to wait for the delivery to start a return (or get lucky and your courier might allow you to refuse accepting the package)

Yes, but at some point they need to plan what packages to pack and being allowed to cancel it beyond that point would throw all efficency out the window

assuming you havent solved this, wooting has excellent customer support and i would ask them. Tell them you ordered the wrong switches and couldn't switch in time, and ask to get the switches you want the the discount

Yeah the return site defaults to Dutch, if your browser blocks it from locating your location roughly.
