wooting 80he randomly turning on and off

so i think the title is fairly straight forward but I've been noticing for like the past week my keyboard is acting like iI disconnected it despite not being disconnected. It'll sometimes repeat this action or just be a quick on and off. sometimes when I try to reconnect the plug it won't turn back on either. all of my firmware and software should be up to date

my wooting 80he also disconnects and reconnects a few times a day. i tried everything so far.
the jst connector is firmly attached.
