my keyboard hasnt arrived yet (take what i say with a grain of salt) but i would imagine you should check in the software and make sure you didnt unbind question mark from shift + / (or / on layer 2, or however they do it on wootility)

yea my next process would just be fully uninstalling software (and drivers if there is any) and seeing if it still happens, then reinstalling (whether it happens or not), seeing if it still happens
if it works without software but not with software, no software for me i guess
if it doesnt work at all, idk
if it doesnt work without but works with, boom problem fixed!
if it works with both, boom problem fixed!

i just looked at a keyboard tester and its showing that im pressing shift and the / but its not typing it. dude this is so weird wtf
