after re-checking everything I realize I made a mistake. It has actually been about almost a month since i returned the package to sender, it arrived at the warehouse on the 17th and i have tried the support wizard and triple checked to make sure all my information was correct but never received anything back like an email and even less, a refund.

yea i checked the wooting website for filing a return beforehand and followed all the proper protocol for sending it back, the first thing i did was use the return wizard to say that im sending it back and on the website the protocol includes having the tracking information for proof of arrival of the returned package which is what i sent them along with all the other shipping information. @dire agate

Well, if you followed all the proper procedures, all you gotta do is wait. Their support team is backed up with emails. And unfortunately when people submit numerous emails or start numerous tickets for a single issue, it just slows down the process even more. Also, return process for any company can take some time. Once they’ve received your return, they have to process it. And only after that, it can take 5-7 business days (on average) for refund to process to your bank.
