I absolutely love the optimum collab, and am interested in picking one up. However, I already have a wooting 60HE and am wondering if I can just use the module from that and put it into the optimum case. Thanks!

You certainly can. In fact that's what everyone has to do.
The collab is only a case and a set of keycaps. There is no prebuilt Optimum 60HE. You either buy it all as a DIY bundle, or you already have a 60HE and transplant it over there.
