Yes. Official support is entirely via support wizard for first contact and then email to continue stuff

If you have received their auto reply then there's nothing left to do but wait. If you reply to that email your ticket get's updated, so they'll see that, but they still will need to get to your ticket first

I sent them a ticket last week. wtf is taking so long? I ordered this on the 3rd of january, I am hating this company more than I could possibly imagine already

Well, thousands of tickets per day versus <100 employees (not everybody doing support), that's going to take a bit

when I send a response saying "yeah, that's my address, it's valid for literally dozens of other international shipping sites, please ship already", I receive nothing for weeks
