I just got the Wooting 80HE from someone. The original buyer refused to help me to transfer order because he said the order info have the credit card and address information. What should i do to claim the warranty? Sorry for my poor english.

If the previous owner is not willing to provide you with a copy of the order confirmation email sent to them originally, or use our ownership transfership tool, then there's nothing to do.
