So it’s already shipped? Have you tried contacting ups/usps? If not, I’d recommend doing that, along with submitting a support ticket with wooting.
it says on usps awaiting for package I've already contacted both ups and usps and they said they can't do much and already sent a support ticket to wooting a week ago still haven't heard from them
Wooting is still playing catch up with support messages. Took me roughly 1.5-2 weeks to get contacted back for a ticket of mine.
Sounds like ups and USPS don’t want to take responsibility
yeah all im waiting is for wooting to see what they could do
i have some problems with my order, i put the wrong email and now idk when is it coming and i already requests to change the email but idk if it did, also i don’t even know if they’re still going to deliver the keyboard without the tracking number so can anyone help pls
