contacted ups aswell and they said they do not have the package, wrote wooting an email, have gotten no response besides auto bot

already seen that, the solution is to wait 7-14 days tho lmfao, didn't pay extra shipping for nothing, should not have to wait that long
and the other solution is to contact them, which resulted in a auto bot response, so their solutions are a load
Once Wooting has shipped it, it's all up to the courier. They have regularly been skipping the first scan. If you contact Wooting support you'll have to wait a while for a response, and they can't launch an investigation until the 7-14 days have been which at that point the courier has usually scanned it
Took at least a day for my order earlier this month to go from label created to ups receiving the order for shipment. Assuming you live in the US, if it said label created anytime after Friday morning, yesterday was the first day. Generally speaking, companies don’t drop off shipments on the weekend and Monday was a holiday.
ah yes didn't even think about Monday being a holiday, that's more than likely the case of why it's still label created
@dim matrix it's chalked. I'm in the exact same situation. I fear I'm not getting my board for a couple weeks now. Paid for expedited shipping as well. Crushing.
