Have you checked the estimate on the hub?
ive been in the hub but done see an estimate. Where would that be
If it already shipped, then the hub is done providing information.
Contacting us via the support page is the right move here.
I sent an email in asking for a shipping update, is that the way to go or is the support page different
If you sent us an email to a noreply email address, or cold contacted us at social@wooting.io then you would have received an automated response asking you to use the wizard (link above)
Can you send the link for it, sorry. im on the hub and used contact support and its doing the same thing i did the first email, and that was sent to the social wooting email

Redd mentioned they ordered 2 weeks ago, not if it had shipped or not. If it had shipped there should be a button taking you to the courier's tracking?
it says its been shipped, havent had any update on it for the estimated arrival or the tracking number shows up nothing
