does the rest work with the pink and red?

i have the light on 0%

#

oh whoops just noticed

#

uhm best i can offer rn is save your profiles by exporting or duplicating and then ho to help and do a firmware reflash via the recovery

#

then see if its fixed

#

if not you wanna start a warranty case via the support wizard

crude falcon
#

has nothing to do with the profile, I've already tried others

vestal pawn
#

thats why i said firmware reflash

#

i said to clone your profiles so they arent permanently lost

#

then you do the second thing i said: use the support wizard to open a warranty case

#

thered only be 1 failure point outside of the keyboard itself and thats if youd use something like openrgb, project aurora, artemisrgb, signalrgb, or other third party rgb apps

#

if one of those write data through our sdk to the wooting then itll display it

#

but i assume thats the first thing youd check given the profile is already using both ways to make the keys be off
