wootility detects it but when i try use it in game or anywhere else it doesn't pick it up

as it says in the title, just got it fresh out of the box tried to change settings doesnt get picked up in game then factory reset and still doesnt work any help would be great

also keeps saying it disconnects and reconnects whenever i tab into the app

That sure sounds like you've got other apps taking over control.
