So, currently having 2 issues at once. I am stuck on label created like everybody else as a label was created on December 27th, and still no updates on it. I'm still extremely confused however, contacting wooting has been extremely annoying as i've been having to do it on an account with an email that has no orders with Wooting. How can I make a Wooting Hub account by transferring an order that was originally under no wooting hub accounts?

I bought the actual product (Wooting 60HE+) on December 23rd, I then got an email on the 27th about it being shipped to me when it's been stuck on label created. I had to ask UPS, and even send an email to Wooting Hub (a Wooting Hub account with no orders) to see what's going on. (I have expedited shipping)

Is there a way I can transfer an order from an order with no Wooting Hub account linked to it?
Every order is tied to a specific email. When you create an account on the hub, it just shows any orders tied to that email.

So if I create an account with the email that was used to get the order it will transfer the order to the wooting hub account
The account shows any orders that share the same email.
