it seems to be, because as soon as I choose Philippines it happens to me too 😄 (normally germany, which is working fine)

can you all try to clear cache/cookies for the site and check if it happens again? if not try selecting philippines and see if it occurs please

Update for me:
My phone can access the site now but its too buggy when going to my cart and Philippines is not in the country selection in shipping information
Edit: pc issue stays the same, it keeps on refreshing

i have since confirmed that it can easily be reproduced by setting the country to PH. i also forwarded this already internally into the existing issue for this
