Wooting won't start an investigation until 7 or 14 days has passed, and keep in mind their response times can be several weeks right now. Best case scenario is that that the tracking will show correctly in a few days, faster than you'd get a response

But as stated prior by others, there could be several reasons why your order is on label created. If FedEx hasnt picked up the parcel yet, ofc theyre gonna say they dont have it and cant provide any info cause its not in their system yet

actually i don't know , but when i called my country fedex support , they said " u gotta wait until The sender delivers the package to netherlands fedex "
