just wanna know if its gonna be days, weeks, months for them to respond and if there are other steps i should take
It seems it's not unusual to go days to a week+ between responses while their support is overwhelmed. I don't think there's anything you can do here, it seems pretty obviously faulty. You could try to perform a reset on it.
yea they are very overwhelmed, and ive tried a reset, didnt fix it unfortunately
