#LED damaged on arrival

I just got my wooting 80HE and my W key led only works on blue, red and green both don't work. I created a ticket but I'm worried (from what I've read) that the ticket would take months to be resolved. Can I get an ETA and any help regarding the issue.

It seems it's not unusual to go days to a week+ between responses while their support is overwhelmed. I don't think there's anything you can do here, it seems pretty obviously faulty. You could try to perform a reset on it.
