#Wooting 80HE Keyboard Connectivity Issues

Hey guys, I have connectivity issue with my Wooting 80HE.

During gameplay, the keyboard frequently connects and disconnects randomly. This issue occurs while playing games such as Zenless Zero, Honkai: Star Rail, and Black Myth: Wukong. Additionally, I have noticed that characters in the game will sometimes move on their own without me pressing any keys. and I note that sometime even when I'm not playing game, it would disconnect and connect randomly.

Here are the steps I have already taken to troubleshoot the problem:

1.The firmware is updated to the latest version.
2.I am using the original cable included with the keyboard.
3.The keyboard is connected directly to the motherboard's USB port.

I would like to note that I have not encountered these issues with other keyboards, which leads me to believe it may be specific to the Wooting 80HE. I've already submitted support ticket to Wooting team but it would take them two week to respond.

So I though I would ask around and see if anyone encounter similar problem.

Another piece of information is that keyboard setting are factory default and Tachyon Mode is disabled.
