every time i try to change profiles in the wootility app it changes the profile of the keyboard UNTIL i click out of the wootility app and then the keyboard goes back into some profile that i dont have idk, the rgb on one button also doesnt change to any color except red. cuz of this i cant change the rgb or use rappy snappy or anything pretty much. i already tried to reset it and everything and yes i also saved it and its not in inactive profiles

also i didnt have this issue when i had the keyboard in the beginning, this issue just randomly started one day

i restored the keyboard (for the third time today) and somehow it worked this time?!
